During more than 30 years of professional work, I have seen that many companies work with various consultants without going through, what I call, a holistic diagnostic study. As a result, valuable resources were spent for projects that do not address the root problems/needs. I have seen many companies hire strategy consultants while their main issue is the organization structure. Or they launch innovation initiatives while lack of innovation arises from corporate culture. For this reason I decided to provide services that are catered to identifying my clients’ specific needs through a wholistic diagnostic study. The output of such study is used to identify the types and priorities of projects that are needed. Than the best consultancy companies can be selected for the projects.
I don't believe in generic or 'one-size fits all' solutions. In fact, I don't believe in any solution which doesn't involve a) getting to the DNA of every business line, every division, every sub-division, b) understanding the DNA of every report and data that go into those reports, c) out-of-the-box thinking.
